For example:
I run 2800kbps. Veryfast preset. CBR on. At 1280x720 @ 60fps. Playing CS:GO at 1920x1080 at 250fps although it does at time stutter, nothing scary though. Example of the silky smooth stream.

Now, a LOT of money later. I buy a dedicated streaming PC with matching 4790k, Avermedia Live Gamer HD, SSD and etc.
This is the best I could do (add in all the sound bugs and lack of mic ability, excuse the mic sounding odd)
4790k on above settings except it's at MEDIUM preset running another instance of OBS Fullscreen Preview (encoding disabled) on the 2nd monitor that the Avermedia is putting out.

There is a grainy look. It shows like small little boxes everywhere...
I don't get this. It does look a little bit more sharp, but the FPS on my gaming PC is taking a stutter for some reason?!?
Like when I play solo not streaming on my Gaming PC. 450fps.
Yet when I preview it and start streaming on my streaming PC using the HDMI connection between the two.. I get a stuttery feel in my in-game of CS:GO.
