But my audio, god my audio.. sounds like...

Not the voice, the background ingame.. It just sounds really 16bit.
Sounds like washed out audio..
Capture: Micomsoft SC-512 I/L-Dvi
How I'm getting audio:
Gaming PC: 3.5mm to RCA ---> Mixer
Mixer via USB ---> Streaming PC
HDMI to HDMI connecting the capture card to the gaming PC.
How do I have my windows sounds set up?
I am getting the audio from the mixer.
