Dual PC Setup

Hello all...Not sure if this is the right forum but I know there are some really smart people here so I was hoping to tap that brainpower. I would like to record Teams and other video conferencing software from my work PC over to my OBS and streaming PC. I have connected the laptop video output (HDMI) to an Elgato cam link and can get audio and video into the recording/OBS pc. My issue is I still want to use my USB Jabra mic and headphones during the meeting. I can't seem to use multiple audio outputs (Elgato cam link/HDMI) and my Jabra headphones at the same time. Any ideas? Am I missing something very easy? I'm open to buying additional hardware (mixer?) if need be.

I thought about using VM and some virtual audio cables. One issue I failed to state was it is a work computer and is locked down pretty good, not allowing much new software to be loaded.
