Question / Help Dual-PC Setup Questions

Hey Guys!

I just tried to figure out if the Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI Capture Card supports 2560x1440 resolutions as Input?
As i found some threads in here, i thought to ask in this forum. Maybe there is someone in here who could help :)

I'm planning to build a Dual-PC Setup for Streaming and just have some troubles finding a Capture Card wich supports 2560x1440 Input... Why? Because my Main-Screen Resolution is 2560x1440@144hz.

I just made a simple "Setup-Sketch" (Image below) of what i'm planning to do... maybe this is more understandable than my silly wording :D

Or does anyone know any Capture Card in a moderate price range wich supports 2560x1440?

No, it does not. 1080p@60 is its maximum input.

There is no reasonably-priced 1440p capture card at present.
Best you're going to do is a Datapath VisionDVI-DL (~$1600) which may or may not support 1440p.

Alternately, there's the Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K (~$200) which has some pretty notable problems all around (just search for reviews) and aren't supported by OBS Classic; OBS-MP does have support built in to stop some of the worst issues though.

Better idea, get a 1080p main screen. It's the de-facto norm for the time being; may just have to live with it.

I'm going to stay with my 1440p Mainscreen (this thing is just awesome :D) and single-pc stream then.
It's not that i need to have dual-pc, i just like to play around with such ideas :)
