Question / Help Dual PC setup pc 2 specs?

Hello.

I need to build a new second pc that is only streaming...

it needs to be able to record and stream Full HD.

as capture card im using: avermedia c985 Live Gamer HD.

i am using picture overlays.

Web cam with green screen.

And Twitch Alerts.

-- What kinds of hardware would you recommend for the pc ??.

Does it need a dedicated graphic card ??.

It needs to just work.. :)

I am not sure about the performance, but as I'm currently planning on setting up a dedicated streaming PC too, I think I am going to use a dual Xeon (e.g. 2 x X5650 CPU = 6 cores/12threads each CPU = 24 threads) setup which wouldn't be too expensive. I can only imagine that this kind of setup would be able to handle 1080p60 easily. So I would recommend that, but as I said I haven't tested something like this yet. I have no experience with running a dedicated streaming PC either, but I can imagine it would just work fine.
Of course you would also need a dedicated graphic card then because as far as I know these machines/CPUs don't have integrated GPUs. But an old basic graphic card should be able to just display 1080p60.
Maybe also a SINGLE X5650 would make a good job, but to be safe for the best quality possbile at1080p60 you should go with a dual XEON setup. Many offices want to sell their old hardware on ebay, an x5650 can be found always. The price for one x5650 is about ~ 80€ / 100$ which is not much in my opinion.
