I could use a little help with a new dual setup. I picked up a new item to increase stream quality but having a crazy time getting it all to work right now.

I have my gaming pc and my streaming pc. I also have the live gamer portable in this mix. I took out my usb mic for a xlr mic setup for better sound, and the mixer to control all the audio from one place. I also have a ps4 in this mix as well. I have the gaming pc going to an hdmi switch, the ps4 going to the same switch, than back out to my monitor which carries the audio out to the monitor speakers. I am trying to put all the audio to the mixer and the mic and the sound out to headset from mixer. I have tried so many combinations of getting this to work it's driving me mad. No matter what I do I cannot seem to get the mixer to control any of the audio volumes from either pc and only the mic works using line in as it should. If anyone has any expertise on how this setup should look I would be very greatful. I can provide any information needed.

Trying to get mixer to handle all audio from both pcs and ps4 using a live gamer portable.
Streaming pc and gaming pc into mixer ps4 included.
Obs to pickup mic on line 1 also picking up all the audio.
Allowing the ability to adjust all audio from mixer for everything.
If not possible with these tools just let me know, I can always return the mixer and go back to old setup.
