Question / Help Dropping frames

I have done multiple speed tests and I get 12 Up and 120 Down, I stream at 2000 bitrate or 2500 bitrate 720p 30fps.my specs are:
  • CPU: Intel I5 4460
  • Mobo: Asus 885M-E
  • GPU: EVGA GTX 750 TI FTW with ACX cooling
  • HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500Gb
  • RAM: Adata DDR3 8Gb 1600Mhz
  • CASE: Corsair Spec-01
  • DVD: Asus dvd writer
  • PSU: Corsair cx 500m
I stream games like csgo Gta 5 and Dayz.
I've tried switching serves multiple server California and the Seattle server.
I've even tried streaming at 800 bitrate still dropping frames.
I have downloaded the newest LAN drivers for my motherboard

Try changing servers, Try lowering bitrate, Try another streaming service (Just as a test), Check your firewall / router / antivirus / network software, Update Network Adapter Driver, Bad router changed router. I haven't contacted comcast as of yet
