Question / Help Dropping frames with 60up and 4down

Before anyone redirects me, I am very well aware of the dropped frames sticky post.

I've tried almost everything, but I can't seem to find the issue. I've been streaming with the EXACT same setup and settings for 6 months but now all of a sudden I seem to drop massive frames.

Certain times of the day it seem to work perfectly, other times I drop hundreds of frames within a matter of minutes.

Please help?

Sounds like a problem with your internet connection. Post a log file?

Can you at least post the results of what you tried from the thread? What was your Shaperprobe result? What servers have you tried? What bit rate did you go down to? What other streaming services did you try, and how did they fare?
