Question / Help Dropping frames streaming CS:GO

This is a log from a recent stream in 720p. I normally stream downscaled to 540p, because i don't drop frames there. However 720p looks so much nicer. Is there anything I could do to be able to stream in 720p 60fps?

either lower or rise the max bitrate or put the cpu usage to veryfast.

bitrate is already at 2500, since im not partnered im afraid to go higher because of potential losing viewers. CPU is at veryfast atm.
heres a vod of the stream in question http://www.twitch.tv/veclo/v/38412610 you will see it works pretty well(imo) but now and then just stutters, which can be annoying

Can you take screen shots of your encoding settings and you advanced settings and post them here?

no, that's just what I used to find my perfect settings and it works.
