I gave my ISP a call and they say its not on their end. I have reset the router to factory conditions and have a tech coming out to look at it tomorrow.
This problem only has started recently but has been slowly become more frequent when I stream.
The connection will stay fine, but as far as I know, I will starting dropping frames every 5 - 10 minutes. Sometimes only a few at a time, sometimes more!

I was able to stream fine for months before this issue has occurred.
I have tried using multi twitch servers.
