Question / Help Dropping Frames on Every US Server

I have the same problem, I've been streaming perfectly good the last 3 or 4 days and now all of the sudden I have major frame drop and constant red square next to my kbp/s

Its not always you, sometimes its ISP, sometimes its twitch.

I ended up dropping my bitrate to 1200 and it seems to be doing fine now. I've only dropped 0.05% frames over 20 minutes.

It went for just under 3 hours with only dropping 1% frames, then all of a sudden disconnected and when it reconnected it was back at 50-60% loss... Why is there no consistency?

Sounds definitely like an Problem at your ISP. Perhaps an throttel if there is too much data.
