Bug Report Dropping Frames Issue

So i'm trying to stream in 720p. Here are my 2 pc rig specs, and obs settings.

PC 1 - Intel Core i5 3570 3.4 GHZ Ivy Bridge 8 gigs RAM EVGA GTX 660 ti ASUS P8Z77-V LK motherboard

PC 2 - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600S CPU @ 2.80GHz 8.00 GB (RAM) Geforce GTX 560ti Carmel motherboard

obs settings - quality 10, max bitrate 3000, buffer 3000, AAC audio 128 bitrate. 1920x1080 monitor downdscaled to 1280x720. and my webcam at 720p.

30fps

My internet at the first rigs house is 23 download 4.15 upload.
at rig 2 it's 33 download 4.25 upload.

For the first while it streams fine no lag ingame or instream but then after a while i start dropping 140 (max) frames. I still get constantly get 30 fps. While the frames drop there is no lag ingame or instream. there is no visual change but im still worried about the frames dropping though there is no visual consequence to them dropping.
 
perhaps try using a different ingest server? other than that id guess if u cant tell a difference, i wouldnt worry much about it, as long as it doesnt lag

Well, that log file doesn't show much cuz that streaming session is too short. Can you do another one with more detailed log file?
