Question / Help dropping frames, help me please.

need some help figuering out why im droppin the frames, i have tried changeing my bitrate etc and it doesnt seem to help, my internet speed is: Ping: 10 , download speed: 39.20 Mbps / upload speed: 11.17 Mbps link: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3346967778

i went on the ****Dropped frames/disconnecting/lag? Read this first!**** post, and it did not help me.

my rig:

GPU: GEFORCE 770M
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz
Memory: RAM 16.00 GB (15.92 GB usable)
Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Operation System: Microsoft Windows 8.1

i have used Xsplit before, and did not experience any frames dropping, but could not reach the same quality on my stream as i could on OBS, i have uploaded a log from the last time i dropped frames.

You seem to have "Minimize Network Impact" activated. I would definitely recommend to do a test stream of 5 minutes without that to see if you still get framedrops. Then you could try a different server or check the other suggestions in this thread:
