first of all dont use anything below veryfast preset on an notebook.

second - manage your scenes properly multiple capture sources when its not something like game+alerts etc is really bad.

for your dropped frames it seems like your connection cant hold a stable +3,5mbit to the twitch ingest servers so lower your bitrate at some point you were using 4k bitrate according to your logs

i though my laptop is powerfull enough and that it lowers the bitrate if the cpu comprimise more.
i lowered it to faster my laptop can handle it easy
i check i only have 3500 und nothing more i will stream again for another log file

i use lan kabel not w-lan and got an 50k and 10k upload internet connection
on test i always get around 7-8 for upload

yes your notebook is powerful but still heat is the biggest issues especially during the summer so more cpu usage equals more heat issues which will result into thermal throttling.

recommended max for partners is 3500 and for not partners between 2000-2500 sometimes even lower due to bad server routing

so can i stream at 720p or schould i make it lower with 45 frames on 480p? with 2500

i tryt it to but it uses always the same bitrate jumps to 4000 on the bottem right from obs

thanks for the help btw
