Question / Help Dropping Frames/Connection Issues

First i'm going to make this clear, i tried all the steps in the post listed at the top.

I was streaming perfectly fine back in march when i was home for spring break, along with numerous other times in the past. I tried the free version of xsplit and didnt have an issue holding a connection (but i dont like using xsplit). My stream occasionally will hold a connection on hitbox but not on twitch. Any other ideas out there that can help me keep a steady connection to twitch.

Amd fx 8150
16gb ram
Geforce Gtx 760

If you really did try *all* the steps in that thread, then it's an issue with your connection to Twitch, at any point along the route, and is going to be out of your control.
