Seconds after starting stream it begins to hit red and drop frames, after a short while the stream ends and begins to reconnect. PLEASE HELP! streamed last night having to recconect every 5 minutes or less. BTW I've had the same problem trying to use multiplatform.

Max Upload Speed Test: 3500 kb (Wired Ethernet)
My Settings in OBS:
Max Bitrate: 600 kb/s (Have gone up to 1.6 mb in the past without issues)
CBR & Padding enabled
Resolution: 1600x900 Downscaled to 1280x720 bilinear
FPS:25
Twitch Sever: New York (closest to me and same issue happens on different servers)
Advanced Settings & Audio Settings all at defaults
