Every single time after I restarted my pc to install windows updates, I start dropping frames. It's not just dropping frames, it starts at 1000kb/s then after about 5 seconds it drops to 0kb/s and then keeps switching between 0kb/s and 350kb/s with about 1 second interval. I have no idea what's causing it and nothing seems to fix it, normally after about a week it's fixed and stable but as soon as I restart my pc it starts again.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
Ps. I always put my pc in sleep mode and only restart it for updates
OBS settings:
Bitrate: 1000kb/s
Server: Amsterdam
Resolution: 1440x900
FPS: 30
