Question / Help Dropping FPS when recording locally

I'm dropping FPS a lot when recording osu!.

PC specs:

OBS settings:

Log analyzer:

The only issue I see is about excessive bitrate, well, I tried to use 50k and I get the same amount of drops like I've got with 8k.

Note: I'm trying to achieve premium video quality at YouTube for 1080p60! https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171?hl=en

FPS starts to drop at around 1:05, the video isn't smooth like it used to be from there, also when recording I can see that it's not smooth.
