Question / Help Dropping Fps And Stuttering

when i livestream league of legends it stutteres like freezes every second and unfreezes like keeps doing that idk why ive looked at a ton of forums and tried everying and when i start playing league of legends it does the same thing but my ping goes to like 500
can someone plz help me?
speedtest.net = ping 247ms 16.22download 0.49mbps when i start streaming
when im not streaming ping 12ms download speed 15.72mbps upload speed 0.82mbps

Your encoding settings and bit rate are way too high for your computer and internet connection.

Lower your bit rate to 600kbps, change your FPS to 25, and downscale your resolution to 360p and give it another shot.

holy man ur a boss thx started working and btw my internet is horrible cuz im at my brothers and his internet is downtown and is crappy

Continue to lower your bit rate until it stops. Also, you can try enabling "Minimize network impact" in Broadcast settings.
