Question / Help Dropping 10% of my frames with an i5-4690k

I'm dropping mad frames, even when I cap my stream to 720p, 30fps. Something is maxing out my CPU like crazy. 4690k is also OCed to 4.3GHz atm.

What on earth is happening? I'm very confused.

If you need any other logs/more information, ask. Thanks.

There might be something wrong with your overclock? Maybe CPU overheating and slowing down to prevent damage? Turn off overclock?

Some programs can be used like HWMonitor to show lots of temperature sensors, and CPU-ID to watch the CPU throttle and slow down to less then 1 GHz from possible overheating.

Maybe open command prompt and while streaming, do: ping -t google.com (ctrl+c to stop)
Also, open task manager and watch the CPU performance. The higher the stream resolution and frame rate, the more CPU usage is needed.
