Dropped frames

Hello,

I keep dropping frames with my OBS. can you help? I've tried everything mu internet is Xfinity 1200 mbps with a 35mbps upload speed. My specs are below!

GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 XC3

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core Processor

MOBO: X570 TUF Gaming Plus (WIFI) AMD AM4 ATX Motherboard

RAM: T-FORCE VULCAN Z 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200

Storage: Inland Performance 2TB 3D TLC NAND PCIe Gen 4 x4 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD

that said, in this case i think that the issue is with your internet service provider. you are dropping frames on the network side. to be sure i would need another log, please restart OBS and follow the instructions in the link in my signature.
