GPU bound may well have a low CPU usage. You won't get much help by insulting people who are voluntarily giving their time to answer people's questions.

Rick, so you said you tried everything in the post?

How did the test stream to a different streaming site go? Which site did you use, and what kind of experience did you have?

Can you post the result from your ShaperProbe test?

Well if you got only 20fps max with my setup then you were probably running windows 7 or earlier. If you use windows 8 then you can stream like 60fps at 720p no problem with bitrate around the 2500 mark. Any you accused me of hijacking a thread when all I was trying to do is help me and the other person having a similar problem so there you go.
