Question / Help Dropped frames when "minimize network impact" & "automatic low latency mode" ON

Hey there. Im a streamer on twitch.tv and i'm about to start streaming after a 2 month break.

Coming back to stream i did a ton of research, tests, upgraded my internet up to 5Mbps Upload and basically im not a nood in OBS and streaming.

So my problem as the title says is this one: When i have both of those options activated in obs i get crazy frame drops.

My bitrate is set to 2400. CBR ON. Preset is on Medium because i have an i7 4790K.

If i disable either one of the latency options i have not a single frame dropped but both of them activated is hell.

Minimize network impact does help a lot alone. My standart ping without streaming ( on League of legends for example ) is 70ms. Only using minimize network impact jumps my ping up to 90-100 and trust me i can tell the difference and i can't really play on that ping.

Deactivating minimize network impact and activating automatic low latency mode, gives me a perfect quality, 0 frames drop stream but my problem here is that my speed on OBS (next to the green bar) flaxuates a lot. like it goes from 2100 up to 2900 and i think this is gonna cause buffering to some of my viewers with poor connections.

Conclusion, i kinda need both latency options activated to have an acceptable ping in game while streaming plus i don't really like my stream to fluctuate so much like when minimize network image is OFF.

Any solutions ?
