Hello recently i have started streaming on twitch and youtube using streamelements multistreaming, i set my stream fps to 60 and a bitrate of 6000 but when i started streaming i noiticed that the stream was sometimes fluid with 60 fps and then became stuttery which i learned is called "Dropped Frames" so if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me.

Somewhere in the networking area.....although I had a strange experience where I had to backup OBS itself and reinstall it.

You don't have enough consistent bandwidth for 2 6000 streams. Since you didn't provide a log, I don't know exactly how SE is doing this, but I would always recommend enabling dynamic bitrate (Settings, Advanced, Network, Check box for "Enable dynamic...) [Apply] [OK]). This will drop your bitrate instead of dropping complete frames (assuming it works properly with SE and 2 streams). You may also want to consider restream.io as that would be just 1 6000 stream.
