Question / Help Dropped Frames/PC capable?

yeah I know, sorry another dropped frames thread, but ive been through everything and can't figure it out.

My PC is

AMD FX 6300
7600 GTX
12 GB Ram
160 dl/10 up

I have tried changing servers, my OBS is set for recommended for twitch. Its @ 30 fps and at the time of this testing, just 1000 bitrate

I was streaming Darkest dungeon for a friend..and within an hour..I had well over 2000 dropped frames over twitch. I was looking at my network bandwidth and it was holding steady.

any ideas? is my PC/internet still not good enough?

probably ISP-to-twitch but post your log anyway.
