Question / Help Dropped frames & OBS crash

Hello!

I recently wanted to start streaming and have already succesfully done so, without any lag or any other problems.
My only issue I am having is that before I can start streaming, I have to start OBS about ten times before it works - the problem is this.
As soon as I press start streaming I get really high dropped frames. (No issue with my connection though)
I then press stop streaming and OBS crashes. After that I start it again and the process continues like this until finally it works after ten to twenty restarts.
As said before - I am able to stream then - without any problems of my connection or rig.

Is this a known issue?
Any help would be really appreciated.

Tried all of the options in the thread, but I am still having the same problem.
There is also no crash dump being created, only the windows message saying that the program stopped working poppingup.

That error means there is likely some 3rd party software interfering. Try removing any 3rd party firewall / network / security software.
