i have been using obs for the past id say 6 months and i just moved and still use it usualy i run 2700 max bitrate bitrate at like 128 and 30 fps and no matter how many times i tried to lower the max bitrate i still got the green like then it would turn to yellow back to green then red i would drop like over 500 about 60 percent
