Hi!
I've started streaming a half year ago, but in the last two weeks i've got some problems with obs.
When i start the stream the bitrate is going up to ~4000 kb/s but after 1-2 seconds it drops back to zero, and of course i'm losing the frames.I don't know what causes this, maybe a driver, or USB device. I'm using an Intel i5 6600, Gigabyte Geforce 660 3GB, and i have 16GB DDR4 RAM. I'l write a list about the drivers and devices i use, so maybe someone can help me.

Thank you for your help!

Drivers:
  1. Ozone Blade Keyboard Driver
  2. Ozone Blast Oceloteworld Driver
  3. Nvidia Geforce Experince
  4. Realtek HD Audio Manager and Sound blaster X-Fi MB3 (Not sure if these are drivers or not)
Devices:
  1. Ozone Blade
  2. Ozone Blast oceloteworld
  3. Natec Genesis GX77
  4. Trust Elvii 20111
  5. Trust GXT 38 2.1
(P.S. Sorry for bad egnlish, i'm hungarian :))

Every bitrate which is above 2500kbit/s is just for twitch partnered streamer. You should try too use not more. Because a lot of viewers cant watch your stream. They get buffering. Because of that you could lose frames now. The server support is higher for partnered people.

Mhh i dont have experience with youtube streaming. Did you try to stream from another server in obs. Probably a problem with your connection. If there wasnt problems before. Send a logfile from your last stream settings from obs
