The guide for high quality local recordings is generally considered the best way to do local recordings with x264. What problem did you have with it? If you really want/need to use Quick Sync and the hardware encoder isn't keeping up then use a less demanding preset under Settings > Advanced.

i tested this configuration now and is perfect, but problem is other.
i have a few few dropframes and i read on a forum that problem is on AERO.
In OBS, exist option to DISABLE AERO, but i can t disable because does not allowed me.

You can only disable Aero on Windows Vista and 7. It doesn't hurt performance in 8+, and only hurt the performance of monitor capture in Vista/7 (which performed terribly no matter what).

Aero causing bad performance is information back from the Vista days, when it actually did hurt performance.
Windows 7 and later Aero works fine, and speeds up OBS performance. But people keep saying the same old, outdated information because they don't know any better.

I tried to record GTA V with those settings, but but I very much lag on movie, and i don't know why.
There are no special settings for my components ? When i tried to record with Nvidia Shadowplay, everything is going well, but i want to record with OBS for several reasons.
Thanks !
