Question / Help Droped Frames Windows 8

So Pretty much im droping Frames on OBS
I Started streaming a while ago and never had a problem. I was On windows 7 Ultimate. Recently I decided to upgrade to windows 8. After upgrading i tried streaming and I get extreme dropped frames. What should I do?

You've tried other ingest servers? Your ShaperProbe test came back okay? Honestly there isn't much more we can do to assist you, the issue is network-related and it's up to you to diagnose it.

Oh yes ive tried other servers all are the same I didnt know the broadcasting servers where called "ingest servers"

ShaperProbe results? Other streaming services? Again if you've actually tried everything in the post I linked there's not much we can do to help you. The issue isn't with OBS.

Different drivers/software installed? Networking problems that coincided with your upgrade? Some other factor? I'm not sure how you expect anyone here to answer that question, or if you're trying to imply that OBS is somehow at fault. Updating to the latest drivers for your network card is one of the things suggested in the troubleshooting guide. Checking security software is too. And you still didn't address my questions about your ShaperProbe results or whether you have the same problem streaming to a different service.

It is in the troubleshooting thread I linked, the one whose steps you claimed to have followed completely. ;) Please, if you're interested in resolving your networking issue, go to the thread and follow the steps. They were written out in detail for a reason. If you aren't going to follow them then I'm not sure how you plan to make any progress.
