Can someone tell me why i see in both reports EU quality low and connected with french server when i set Frankfurt where i have average ping 45 and jitter sometimes 0, sometimes 5.

VBR in use
Consider enabling CBR for improved stream quality. CBR will use a fixed bitrate which allows a smoother network stream, reducing the chances of frame drops for both you and your viewers.

I cant find VBR option and CBR option is already enabled so why is it telling me to enable CBR when its already enabled?

Slower preset in use
You have changed the default preset to faster. Using slower presets can result in late frames and high CPU usage / low FPS. You should only change the preset if you are sure you have the CPU power to spare.

Again, this is not true. I was using very fast and after that faster option. So i should leave faster?

Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination
The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.027)

This is funny part, i set 1800 - 1800 and i saw this, then i set 3500 - 3500 and i saw this msg again.


Its downscaled to 720p, i can do whatever i want but quality is same.

close out of obs, get back in that way it starts a new log. run a 5 minute test for streaming, press stop, then upload/analyze the current log again. This clears out the old settings you used in different sessions. at one point in time you did all these things including unchecked VBR, even when you changed it back, the analyzer was detecting all what was wrong in every session.

From 5 issues to 3. Ok, 2 because intergrated card is not issue and im never using it.

So,

1. French Twitch server, but i select Germany,Frankfurt.
2. Slower preset in use but i have spare cpu power.

Also i set 3500 - 3500

rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app yes you used france at one time in the session so that is what it analyzes. don't worry about the log analyzer though. This is why I'm here :D

the picture looks amazing, so whats your issue?

Sorry but, is this really looks 720p i dont mean resoulution but quality, it looks little blur and not sharp enough like when i play 1920x1080. Are all streamers who have great quality play at 1920x1080? I really dont believe it.

some do 1080@30fps, 3500 bitrate. some do 720@30fps.

change it to 1080@30 if you like, but I would change the x264 preset back to veryfast if you go up to 1080p
