Question / Help Downloading 64 bit version

When I'm installing OBS, I'm pretty sure it automatically downloads the 32 bit version, and I need the 64 bit version. I'm unable to find the options to install the 64 bit version instead, deeming me incapable to record the videos I need! I don't see any subfolders with the OBS installer. Any ideas?

Why do you need the 64 bit version?

Never mind, I fixed the problem, though not before downloading CamStudio instead! :)

The 32 bit version works fine on 64 bit machines, and is preferred. In fact, the majority of the non-OS software you use is 32 bit.

It is preferred? How so? I've had no issues using the 64 bits version. I'd like to know why it's not the best version to use :)

It's not compatible with a bunch of device drivers and plugins, and other plugins crash more often under 64 bit.
