Question / Help Download/Upload limit

Hi so basically my friend is wanting to start streaming and we know the hardware she needs to do so but unfortunately the internet is another issues. Whilst she can get internet which gives her a good enough upload rate, it's the download/upload rate which restricts her. She can only use 40GB a month. I'm having the guess this isn't going to suffice?

You can easily calculate how much bandwidth Streaming is using (it will not suffice).

Bitrate Total = Bitrate + Audio Bitrate (e.g. 2000 kbps Bitrate + 128 kbps AAC Audio = 2128 kbps total Bitrate)

Traffic in MByte per Hour you are streaming: Bitrate Total * 60 * 60 / 8 / 1024

Example above:
2128 * 60 * 60 / 8 / 1024 = 935 MByte per Hour
