I've just downgraded from GTX 980 to 960 4GB as a way to obtain funds for second monitor (I didn't really utilize it's potential).

While having only CounterStrike:Global Offensive on main monitor (running at 380-400+ FPS) there is no noticeable stutter on both monitors, but if I put full screenend youtube video/twitch stream OR I'll start streaming using QuickSync(Youtube, 1.5Mb/s, 1080p60fps) my FPS on main monitor drop to 200-150 and less and second monitor starts visibly stuttering.

This didn't happen when I had GTX 980 (Same insane frames no matter what was played).

My setup:
i5-4670K 4.2GHz + iGPU on default clock
2x4GB+2x8GB RAM 1600MHz or 1800MHz
Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB Windforce
SSD for applications
10/5MBs internet connection

(It says I'm using Monitor Capture which is false - CHECKED)

If the log says you're using monitor capture, then either you supplied an out of date log or you're using monitor capture. Double check your sources.

Keep in mind using the iGPU is going to be very inefficient if your game runs on the 960 since the frames can't be shared.
