Question / Help Dota 2 In Game Lag

I'm having trouble with in-game lag when streaming on OBS. Please understand I do not mean stream lag. I mean only lag on my end in my game.

I play Dota 2 and whenever I stream I notice that my commands are slightly delayed. Probably by 1, possibly a bit more. This makes Last Hitting much more difficult. Does anyone else have this problem and how can I solve it?

Check "Minimize Network Impact" in Settings>Broadcast Settings, and if that doesn't resolve, you have to lower bitrate until it stops.
