Hi, I’ve encountered a problem: when I launch OBS, the frame rate in Dota 2 drops by 40-50. It usually stays steady at 120-140, but just by launching the program, there are sudden drops to 70-90, which isn’t normal since everything was fine literally a week ago. I was streaming to both YouTube Shorts and Twitch, and I also recorded the game separately using the Source Record plugin, and everything worked fine. My question is, could it be an issue with OBS, or is it Dota 2's optimization? I’ve tested my GPU, CPU, and memory, and everything is performing well. What could be the problem?
I’ve completely reinstalled the system and installed all the latest drivers. Basically, the only programs I have on my computer right now are OBS, Dota 2, Telegram, and Discord, so we can rule out the OS as the issue.

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super
RAM: G.Skill Royal Gold 3600 CL16 32GB
