Question / Help Don't know what to do.

So I know this has been discussed very often, but maybe someone could give me a tip to maybe optimize my stream better. I have this problem that my stream lags for almost 98% of viewers that come in and they leave the stream for the same purpose that my stream is impossible to watch because of buffering every 2sec. And also I can't watch my own stream, I have tried to watch it from my laptop that is connected to the same network and from twitch app (from my phone) using 4g (LTE) mobile network, still nothing.

So I have added my speedtest result that has been tested from the same location that my closest twitch server is (Sweden, Stockholm)

The second picture is a test from testmy.net/upload

And in 3rd and 4th picture you can see my settings.

Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Code:
10:53:02: profile: high

always when streaming profile: main

always use the same buffer as your bitrate. your log was fine but your screenshot showed a buffer higher than your bitrate. Don't do this.

both of the settings above can cause mobile as well as desktop viewers to buffer.

EDIT: you can also uncheck CFR if you like. That is really only for editing local recordings.
