Question / Help Don't know if it's a Windows 10 issue or an OBS issue?

So I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to the Technical Preview of 10... I'm running the latest build 10240 but I'm having a few issues.

I can stream games like Quake Live and Quake 3 perfectly fine, but if I try streaming CSGO my FPS will drop to my stream's FPS (which currently is 40) ... But when I'm not streaming I can play on a consistent 200 FPS and on Windows 7 when I streamed I was still able to get a consistent 180 FPS.

Is there a reason for this? Will Windows 10's official release fix this or is there something I'm doing wrong?

disable the steam overlay will fix this. I just tested with and without. or if you need the in-game overlay, use monitor capture with windowed no border.
