Question / Help Does this look like 30 fps?

Hi guys,

Recently started streaming 1080p30, however when I look my VOD's it looks choppy.

Maybe its just me, but looks kinda choppy.

Why would you rely on the VOD player to determine if something is choppy? You know the VOD player is terrible. Watch your local recording instead.
