If i have 2500 kps bitrate, and goes for 3500 bitrate instead, does that has any infact on my cpu at all? or just the internett?

Just internet. post your log. you might not be using CBR and CBR padding which will both control your bitrate that you are sending to the ingest server.

Bitrate does have an influence on cpu, since you basically convert more data per second. But it's pretty minor even on lower end cpu's unless you go for extremes (in the 100000's). Preset, resolution and fps are of a much bigger influence on your processor.
