Hi guys!
So I use to stream with obs with gamecapture some text over and sometimes a webcam. So what I want to do it's capture only the game but stream with the text and the webcam. So I get like 2 files, one with the webcam, other without webcam and text (so I can edit that for youtube or use it for other stuff).
So my question it's, if I get a capture card can I use it only to capture the game and then keep using my obs (like i'm doing rigth now) for streaming?

The short answer is no.

The long answer is that a capture card will capture the video something is outputting to one of its input, so naturally it'd capture what you would see on your monitor if you hooked up your computer to it. You could of course make the game run on a screen where you have nothing else running, but that's about it.

Ok lets see, on my screen I only see the game, on stream you see everything else because it's added on OBS, like I dont see the text on the screen or something I only see the game, but my viewers see what's in the scene of OBS , webcam text etc..
