Docks layout always changes

Everytime I open OBS all the twitch related docks open windowed and not where I put them in obs. All obs docks resize and go back to default positions aswell. I wasnt able to find any setting that worked and fixed my issue, any help is greatly appreciated. Here is the log if its any use
