Question / Help Do you guys have a date when OBS Multiplatform will be released?

They do not have a set date for its release, it's more of a "when it's finished it's finished" kind of thing. As for the Roxio, they have released a very and I mean VERY barebones alpha with extremely limited features of the MP release here: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-redux.7736/page-34 It's the second to last post on the page, but MAKE SURE TO READ WHAT JIM SAYS ON THE OTHER PAGES. There is an audio issue that he addresses that you'll need to know.

Needs http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 installed before you can use.

Important note however, if you don't get sound out of the roxio, close obs, open it up in the roxio to make sure it's displaying in the roxio program, then close the roxio program, then restart obs and the audio should work.

Can't offer much support otherwise. It's experimental and may not be fully stable. I can't take the time to offer any significant help with the windows version of it right now.
 
Hey Jim, thanks for the download. Now I don't have to pay to use Xsplit for my Roxio to work. :)
Just wondering though, is there a way to delay my webcam with this build so I can sync it up with my gameplay? If not, I can be patient ;)
 
Gave it a shot. The way the mixer, sound inputs and outputs are done, is pretty much heaven. Jim, sir, you are awesome. I cannot wait till we get full functionality, and can switch to OBS MP.

Hi there guys

First of all Jim, thanks for the new versions of OBS and including Roxio support.

I downloaded the experimental version and I'm having trouble getting OBS to pick up my Roxio HD Pro video. If I select video capture the Roxio is listed but when I click on 'activate' the screen just stays grey and the feed from my Roxio is not displayed.

I tried tinkering around and after closing and opening the Roxio software and OBS in different sequences OBS displayed a static image of my PS4 menu from the Roxio. The Roxio software however then stopped displaying the feed. I've tried to troubleshoot it as much as possible but I just can't get it right. I'd really appreciate it if someone could perhaps post any possible fixes and/or the correct way to set up the Roxio in the experimental build of OBS.
