Question / Help Do my specs allow me to stream without lag?

CPU - AMD A10 7850k 3.7 GHz
GPU - Radeon R9 280x
Memory - 8GB

I would think that my specs would allow me to stream but I am getting a bit of high cpu usage when playing games like Smite, CS:Go and even Minecraft sometimes. Give me recommended settings and I'll try to match them up.

Right now I am using very-fast and tried superfast as the x264 CPU preset.

My download speed is 32.79 Mbps and Upload speed is 3.81 Mbps atm

Not very easily. That CPU is extremely EXTREMELY weak.

For an APU, that one is pretty powerful, 720p@30 might be possible, but it's gonna be difficult when playing a cpu-intensive game.
