Question / Help Do I benefit from a capture card in a single PC environment?

I only want to stream Starcraft 2 with OBS Studio on my PC in the best quality possible and it is really CPU demanding. My upload bandwidth is very small (~2Mb). Could an elgato HD60 Pro capture card shift some CPU load to itself and reduce my upload bandwidth at least a bit?

System
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700
CPU Speed: 3400MHz
GPU: AMD R9 390 Powercolor
Physical Memory: 32GiB
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Cards: Elgato HD 60 Pro
Bandwidth: 50 Mb down/ 2 Mb upload

Maybe there is another hardware solution to relieve my CPU and boost my stream bandwidth? I am willing to invest in all kind of hardware if this helps reaching my goal.

Thank you for your thoughts.

Capture cards do not reduce your CPU load. They just cause additional load if anything.

I don't understand where people get that idea from.

Maybe from the same source people get the idea it is better to focus on the negative part or critic than the solution which was also asked for this particular problem.

Well the solution seems obvious doesn't it?

More CPU power or compromise on encoding quality.

And more CPU power in this case would mean overclocking or going for a LGA2011 chip like the 6800K.
