What did your TwitchTest results look like? Did you experience the same problem when streaming to a different service like hitbox? Do other programs like XSplit have the same problem?

Saying "I did all the steps and they didn't work" makes it sound like you didn't understand the point of the troubleshooting thread. Not all of the steps are meant to fix things, some are meant to help you diagnose where the problem is on your end of things so that you can fix it yourself.

The results showed Texas as the best spot and chicago the next best one so I tried both same thing, forgot to add that it only happens late in the morning like 2 am around that time....Could it be my provider because I am starting to think that it might be the case. I have done everything in the steps including xplit and hitbox and nothing.

Do note that people here are volunteers. no one has to help you. understand the way to world works when you degrade people by saying they "aren't smart enough" you are shooting yourself in the foot.

I understand that I apologize for my response its been a really bad week atm....did not mean to burst out. Just frustrating at times.

No worries. I get it. I just wanted to make sure that you know we're here to help but expect a little respect.

Anyway, I would like to see a screenshot of the twitch test results if you could. one long test, one short. make sure you aren't doing anything else while it runs. I did look through your log several times and didn't see any setting that was off besides one thing and this is just to rule it out.

Your Killer Gigabit Ethernet card is only connecting to your router at 100Mbps. usually this means one of two things, generic windows drivers installed or there is something up with the CAT5 cable from your PC to the router. The third possiblity is if you are connecting to your router through a cheap hub.

Again, this is just an oddity, is doesn't mean this is the issue. its just something to rule out.

Recommendations:
check Ethernet cable to ensure there are no cuts or kinks and might even swap it out in some cases
use the drivers from your motherboard's website. these are typically the best drivers to use and usually provide the best communication with your router/ISP.

Other than that, check those things and get back with me

You probably should have mentioned this before. This would point to your ISP and/or internet traffic in general. Some ISPs do maintenence around this time as well. there really isn't any telling but since you are getting this issue consistantly at 2AM, the issue is probably at your ISP.

I just got off the phone with my internet provider they say nothing on there end, no kind of interrupt at all the past 4 days.

Read my previous reply as well. do that to ensure nothing on your end, but TBH, if the issue isn't somewhere between your ISP and Twitch (which it is) then you would always have this issue.

Unless you have other PCs on your network that are using massive upload at 2 AM, there really isn't any other varying factor.

I called my internet company they ran tests I even ran a ping test on my computer and rarely went above 40 ms of ping. I even reset my router and they did as well and still no interference.

ping test is a very lite load and not as often as a true stream test. this is because ping test just send a very common small load and just time the response that you get point to point.

Also I said before, I'd like to see a screenshot of results with the quick and the long tests for your region. Also everything else I said:

If you would like to rule out your PC/local network being the issue, then I would recommend the above
