Hi all!
Firstly, I'm very new to streaming so I apologize if anything I am asking about is redundant. As I recently started streaming, I went through a few video tutorials on how to set up. After that pretty much everywhere I looked, the general consensus is that paying in Fullscreen is a better way for your system to optimize a stream while suffering minimal game performance. However I've been having issues with finding a sweet spot. Whenever I attempt to stream full screen, I do get frame lag in the game, and my stream is noticeably stuttery, as if its moving at 10 fps or something. When I switch to windowed mode, I do get lower frames in game (from 30-40 fps compared to a usual 60-70) but no real input lag, while my stream looks much more...smooth I guess is the best way to put it.

This is my log (I believe, I'm still unsure if that is the correct one)

This is a video which showcases the problem. I had both window capture and game capture sources selected and you see the switch. Even when I delete/uncheck the window capture, it still does that with fullscreen.
