Bug Report Disconnecting from Server Constantly

Hey so for about three weeks I've been having this issue with either OBS or Twitch but something is happening with the server connections from OBS to Twitch. It may possibly be my ISP but I don't think that is the issue in this case. I recently got a new Router from Comcast/Xfinity and I noticed this issue start happening where I would start a stream and within minutes it would just automatically disconnect from the server. I believe that was also the same time the new update was for v0.65 of OBS.

The weird thing is I never had this issue before and sometimes I can stream for up to 8 hours and nothing happens. It happens usually at random times. I'm not sure on how to fix it. I resorted back to old versions of OBS that didn't work and I tried everything under the sun with my router and connection. I tried different servers as well for Twitch locations in OBS nothing worked. Also for stream quality it says acceptable and that I'm not set to Constant Bit Rate even though I am. (http://gyazo.com/a1b4c467d1a15694f66c2c9ad829ac78) Also the stream lags a little bit just before the connection is interrupted. Hopefully someone can shine some lite on the issue that I've been having. Thank you so much OBS team! I really want to use OBS but if I have to I may have to switch to an Alt Program. I uploaded my most recent crashed stream.

Looks like your ISP is having trouble, or your killer nic software is messing with things (try uninstalling everything but the basic drivers).

Is there a reason why OBS works fine with Youtube streaming but not Twitch streaming? Also why would it work for a long time and then the next day same time, not work. I already checked with my ISP and they said the connection is good. Could it be the router's ethernet? I mean you mention the killer nic software? I didn't even know what that was or how to uninstall those? I know it has something to do with ethernet. Just don't know the randomness of why it works and then doesn't work. Also I did try Xsplit to see if it was my ISP and Xsplit seemed to work fine, I just hate that software. Thank you for the reply though.
