Question / Help Disconnected From Server.

I have no idea what is going on... I've tried everything I can think of. OBS keeps disconnecting from twitch, I also think the CPU spikes up to 100% when this happens, but it's at like 40-60% the rest of the time.

I have an i7- 2600k, a gtx 770 4gb model, and 120/12 internet. I have determined it's not the stability of my internet from multiple tests, I've tried streaming to the New York server and the Ashburn server (both have under 50ms ping and under 3ms jitter for me). I honestly don't know what else to try, I've tried every possible combination of settings I can think of. I am attaching a log with this post. Any help is appreciated :)

Well I figured out the problem. To anyone else having this issue, what worked for me is unchecking the "automatically save stream to file" box under broadcast settings. I think the problem might of been I was recording to an external hard drive, I will try it on a faster, internal hard drive once it comes in from amazon, and post my results here.
