Question / Help Disconnected by server

I keep getting disconnected in almost every 11mins or something.. (it works fine without disconnecting on my other pc though.. i mean my internet is good enough to stream with highest quality.. this is just happening with my new pc.. its frustrating.. please help me to fix this)

so it works really fine but then it reaches 11mins and 54seconds.. and the upload gets to 0kb/sec and drops frames quickly and then disconnected... like exactly at 11mins and 54sec everytime
